I am also a Lily/James fanfiction junkie--I absolutely love reading it. I've not yet tried my hand at writing fanfiction, but I'm sure to give it a try soon enough. I love obsessing over Harry Potter, in general, and contemplating the fate of each characters. I have in depth theories of practically everything that has already occured in the book, and what I believe will happen in the future. I love discussing Harry Potter with absolutely anyone, so feel free to IM me striking up a conversation! I also enjoy making wands, dueling, and eating Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans. Oh, and in case you haven't noticed, I tend to overuse the word "absolutely". Bad habit.

| Hi, everyone! It's definitely been a while since I last updated here and I'm so sorry that it's taken so long. I really appreciate all the comments everyone left on my previous entry (yay Harry Potter fans! :P) and hopefully soon I'll be able to comment back to everyone! So much has happened since my last update (probably the most noteworthy is the fact that Goblet of Fire is out on DVD!).
I feel like I'm the only Harry Potter fan that doesn't have Goblet of Fire on DVD yet; do you have it?
Anyway, my computer recently had some sort of breakdown so I might've lost the Goblet of Fire movie review that I spent hours on (it was quite lengthy), so I'm doing everything to try to find it. I know that the movie's been out for a while now, but I figured that it couldn't hurt. :)
I know that Goblet of Fire just came out on DVD, but I'm already thinking of the next movie... My friend, Liv, and I were recently talking about the Order of the Phoenix movie and we both decided that the scene that we were anticipating the most is Snape's Worst Memory! I just hope that all the Marauders will be how we imagined them and that the right people have been casted for the roles. I suppose all we can do is wait for the movie (or for pictures to be released!).
As I don't yet have the DVD, I was wondering if someone could tell me what's on it? Are there any deleted scenes, interviews with the cast? Ahh I can't stand not having it ! *Sobs* Any information concerning the GoF DVD would really be appreciated. ^_^

I'm so sorry to those that I haven't commented back! I'm working on it. :)
I've seen Goblet of Fire twice in theatre so far (once at midnight at IMAX!), and four times overall (I've been lucky enough to get an extremely legal copy of it *innocent look*).

beanbag337: harry potter is just like God...God could have saved his only son but he didn't. instead, he allowed the human race to be forgiven for their sins. harry is the same because he has the power to make contact lenses yet he doesn't because he uses his power for good things, and not the frivolous (like whether jesus lived or died...). contact lenses may be important to some people (as the life of jesus may seem really important to some people) but in the long run, harry using his powers for more important things like defeating the dark lord (jesus giving up his life for the better of the human race, to let them be forgiven for their sins) is more helpful to everyone.
Harry haters...the idiots I love to hate. I had to go off on him...in the good name of Harry Potter! ;)

| ::EDIT:: I just got back from GoF and it was AMAZING! It's definitely my favorite of all the films. It's a bit choppy at the beginning, but smoothes out soon after. I am going to be completely dead at school tomorrow, but it was worth it.
I regret to inform you that this is going to be the shortest Xanga entry in the history of this site. But I really needed to update, for an extremely important reason...
HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE-- IMAX AT 12:01 TONIGHT!
...with my friend Liv (lol happy?!). This has to be the most exciting thing that has happened to me for a good month or two. ;) I hope everyone enjoys Goblet of Fire, whether you're privileged enough to go to the midnight showing, or if you'll be seeing it some time in the near future. I'll be sure to post my review on the movie as soon as possible.
I hope everyone has managed not to go insane waiting for November 18 :). I'd also like the put in a thanks to those who did my last survey. Anyway, I'd also like to ask:
Are you guys interested in taking more Harry Potter surveys? Or should I focus more on other Harry Potter-related stuff, such as news, books analyses, predictions, opinions, etc. Or, I could always just do all of it, as time permits.

Hi, everyone! I deeply regret that I haven’t been able to update just to even say that I am still on the face of this earth, but my life has been hectic to the point that I never had any time just to myself. So even though I have at least six hours of homework ahead of me, I’m going to disregard it right now and devote some time to Harry Potter!
Thanks so much for the comments, everyone, especially those who answered the questions! I never thought I could get so much traffic on here. I just want to let you guys know that I appreciate every single comment, and that I will get back to everyone, even if I can’t do it all in one day.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire… I have to admit that it’s one of my favorite Harry Potter books, if not my most favorite. I also should admit that I’m even more excited/nervous for GoF than for PoA! The coming attractions look simply amazing!
If I had to choose the 5 parts of GoF that I’m anticipating most:
1. Harry’s fight with Ron.
2. Mad-Eye Moody
3. The Third Task
4. Priori Incantatem
5. More development of Ron/Hermione ship

theHPdirectory = an awesome site. It has a directory (I’m sure you didn’t see that one coming) of a lot of the Harry Potter-related sites on Xanga. If you have a roleplaying site, layout site, icons site, or just plain fansite, you can ask to have your site added to the directory! It’s really handy.
